Mother Jones was an Irish-American labor organiser, co-founder of the Industrial Workers of the World and holder of the title of ‘most dangerous woman in the world’ in 1902. Her autobiography traces her eventful life as activist and firebrand through some of the hardest labor battles of the nineteenth century.
